Each membership level includes: Year-round non-motorized use of 1500 acres, use of Lake Nettie and Lake Ann. Unlimited use of sauna, tanning and exercise room. Relax and unwind in Tavern, Wine Cellar and Man Cave lounges. Your membership offers MGRR private chef services at an additional fee, or rent our Hunter’s Lodge for those large family gatherings, business retreats or special occasions.

Muy Grande Package – $115,000 with monthly dues of $450

Trophy Package – $65,000 with monthly dues of $350
1 Trophy Class Buck, up to 169 inch, per year, 5 day lodging/meals

Sportsman Package – $45,000 with monthly dues of $250

Additional overnight stays – lodging and meals are available to members for fee.

A Sportsman or Trophy Membership Package may be upgraded at any time. Upgrade cost will be the difference between your purchased package price and the current upgrade membership package. All memberships must also puchase fractional suite ownership.
