Fractional Ownership Suites and Lakeside Cottages.
With your membership purchase, upgrade your lifestyle and portfolio to include 1/12th fractional suite ownership or 1/4th fractional cottage ownership. Choose from one of our available options.
Each fractional ownership includes: non-motorized use of 1500 acres, use of Lake Nettie and Lake Ann. Unlimited use of hot tubs, sauna, exercise gym. Relax and visit in our Wine Cellar, Tavern and Man Cave lounges. Enjoy a family night with the kids or a romantic movie for two in our lower level Movie Theater. Adjacent to the Movie Theater, is our children’s play area – air hockey, foosball, ping pong, billards or table games are available. During season, snowmobiles and ATVs are available to members at a modest fee.
Upper level, 1/12th ownership, 4 weeks per year:

Main level, 1/12th ownership, 4 weeks per year:

1/12th ownership: $35,000

1/4th ownership: $85,000 * Special reservation offer – price will change upon completion.
Each 1/4th fractional cottage ownership allows 12 weeks per year, limit 2 continuous weeks at any one booking without approval of owners.
Annual Fractional Dues are due and payable by January 1st of each year.
1/12th Fractional Ownership Packages may be upgraded at any time. Upgrade cost will be the difference between your purchased price and the current upgrade fractional price.
